This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to design, deliver and scale learning solutions that accelerate individual and organizational performance across manufacturing and corporate environments in North America and Latin America.\r\nThe position balances traditional learning and talent development practices with a strong focus on manufacturing capability, time-to-productivity and scalable development systems.\r\nWhat You Get To Do\r\nGeographic Scope: Americas\r\nNumber of colleagues directly reporting to this job: 3\r\nLearning Solutions\r\nLead ongoing L&D strategy and roadmap planning that aligns to enterprise goals and evolving capability needs.\r\nConduct regular needs and gap analyses to inform prioritization and learning investment decisions.\r\nOwn learning initiatives end-to-end, including strategy, design, delivery, operational execution, system administration, vendor coordination and post-program evaluation. Measure learning effectiveness and business impact using data and insights to inform decisions and demonstrate value.\r\nPartner with the Global Learning & Talent team to develop and deploy \"One Amcor\" learning content that balances global consistency with regional relevance.\r\nManage the learning budget and various vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality learning delivery.\r\nCollaborate with business and HR leaders to ensure learning solutions are aligned to strategic priorities and operational realities.\r\nDevelopment Tools\r\nEstablish and embed a development process that enables leaders and colleagues to navigate career development conversations, aspirations and growth planning with confidence and clarity.\r\nDesign and deliver tools, frameworks and learning experiences that strengthen development ownership at the individual and manager level.\r\nFacilitate coaching engagements as needed to support leadership effectiveness and individual development.\r\nLearning Enablement\r\nServe as the business owner for the Learning Management System (LMS) and work with the L&D and HRIS teams to ensure usability, scalability and adoption.\r\nDefine and govern learning content standards, processes and resources to ensure quality, consistency and efficiency.\r\nOversee content creation tools and resources, enabling subject-matter experts and partners to develop effective learning materials.\r\nDrive digital learning strategy and innovation to support a geographically dispersed workforce.\r\nLeadership & Behaviors\r\nBusiness-first mindset: Consistently anchoring learning strategy to enterprise priorities, operational performance and measurable outcomes.\r\nInfluence without authority: Building trust and alignment across functions, regions and levels to drive adoption and impact.\r\nChange leadership: Guiding leaders and teams through transformation by embedding learning into how work gets done.\r\nSystems thinking: Designing scalable, integrated learning ecosystems rather than one-off programs.\r\nAccountability for impact: Using data, insights and storytelling to demonstrate the value of learning and drive continuous improvement.\r\nKnowledge, Skills, And Abilities\r\nDeep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design and leadership development.\r\nStrong manufacturing acumen with the ability to translate operational realities into effective learning solutions.\r\nExpertise in learning technology and digital enablement, including LMS ownership and content creation tools.
