Expected starting pay rate of $60.00 to $75.00 per hour.Job Responsibilities:Lead the execution of technology programs and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.Coordinate project teams, define roles, and hold members accountable for deliverables.Identify risks and misalignment early, and drive consensus on mitigation strategies.Manage the technology roadmap to prioritize initiatives and maximize delivery efficiency.Support decision-making for technology expansion, including vendor evaluations and onboarding processes. Requirements:A minimum of 8+ years in program or project management roles handling complex, cross-functional initiatives.Strong knowledge of enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, CDP, and marketing automation platforms.Ability to manage workload and resources effectively in alignment with organizational priorities.Skilled in multiple project methodologies, including agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches.Experience working across GTM, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and data-related functions. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree within a related field.A deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle processes.Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Familiarity with SDLC phases and non-technical project lifecycles.Strong communication and leadership skills to manage complex partnerships and drive alignment.
