Are YOU a dedicated manufacturing professional with a sincere desire to go that extra mile for the customer?WE are a team of hardworking professionals that strives to be the best in the industry.Job DescriptionThe tube laser operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the tube laser.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesSetup, operate, and monitor programs on the tube laserRead work orders to determine programming requirements.Perform consistent and accurate quality checks to detect and prevent part defects.Load and unload material.Accurately complete paperwork for work orders, inspections, and material storage.Troubleshoot cut issues and know how to fix them.Perform prescribed & preventative maintenance.Find, pull, and load material into the machineQualification RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of age or olderStrong work ethicHigh School diploma or GED requiredTeam player with a positive, 'can do' attitudeBasic mathematical skills and ability to perform precise measurements using a caliper/precision measuring toolsBlueprint ReadingThe Following Experience Is a Plus But Not RequiredPrevious tube laser set-up, operating and/or programming experience.Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.A certificate from college or technical school is a plus.Our Rewards & RecognitionJoining Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing means forging your career path as part of a successful growing company.
