Job Title: SAP LWM ConsultantLocation: New Jersey (Onsite)Experience: 15+ YearsPreference: Local to New Jersey or Nearby States OnlyJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SAP LWM Consultant with 15+ years of SAP expertise to support enterprise warehouse management and logistics transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in SAP Logistics Warehouse Management (LWM/EWM/WM), supply chain processes, and end-to-end SAP implementations within large-scale enterprise environments.The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional SAP teams, and technical teams to design, configure, optimize, and support warehouse and logistics operations.Key Responsibilities Lead SAP LWM/WM/EWM implementations, enhancements, rollouts, and support projects.Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP warehouse management solutions.Configure and customize SAP warehouse and logistics processes including:Inbound & Outbound ProcessingInventory ManagementPutaway & Picking StrategiesWarehouse Structure SetupRF FrameworkBatch & Serial ManagementPhysical InventoryCollaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics teams for process optimization.Integrate SAP LWM with modules such as:MMSDPPQMTMSupport system testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.Provide production support and troubleshoot complex warehouse management issues.Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/development teams for custom enhancements.Participate in cutover planning, data migration, and go-live support activities.Mentor junior consultants and provide best practice recommendations. Required Skills15+ years of overall SAP experience.Strong expertise in SAP LWM/WM/EWM configuration and support.Experience with end-to-end SAP implementation projects.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.Experience integrating SAP warehouse solutions with other SAP modules.Hands-on experience with RF devices, barcode scanning, and warehouse automation is preferred.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.Preferred QualificationsSAP Certification in EWM/WM or Supply Chain modules preferred.Experience in S/4HANA warehouse management environments.Prior experience in manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical, or distribution industries is a plus.
