Helps develop high-performing teams through training and mentoring of Associates on frontline execution of all register transactions. Acts with integrity to adhere to company policy and procedures. Available and willing to work in multiple areas of the store as needed\nPromotes a “Highly Satisfied” customer experience\nDrives customer loyalty through programs and initiatives\nAddresses customer concerns and issues promptly\nUpdates Associates on current customer experience feedback, goals, and company initiatives\nTrains and mentors all Associates on Policies and Procedures\nProvides recognition and constructive feedback on cashier performance\nMaintains and monitors cash controls including change fund\nAdheres to all labor laws and meal and break period policies\nAssigns registers and coordinates breaks to ensure optimized coverage at frontline and sales floor\nAudits and approves paperwork\nMaintains cleanliness, recovery, and organizational standards throughout the frontline\nMonitors all frontline equipment, communicating issues to management\nExecutes and adheres to Company directives\nMaintains and upholds merchandising standards within the queue-line\nAdheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention policies and procedures (i.e. merchandise ticketing, EAS tagging - if applicable, and coding standards)\nEnsures proper and timely handling of damages and Mark out of Stock\nPromotes a safe environment, reporting any type of safety hazard in the store\nOther duties as assigned\nWho We’re Looking For: You.\nHigh School graduate or equivalent degree preferred\nAvailable to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends\nAble to work as a team member\nExcellent interpersonal skills\nExceptional customer service skills\nAble to lift heavy merchandise with/without reasonable accommodations\nAble to train and provide direction to others\nAble to run a register/handle money\nMust be able to handle confidential information with discretion\nExperience as a coordinator or previous retail/supervisory experience preferred\nBenefits include: Associate discount; EAP; smoking cessation; bereavement; 401(k) Associate contributions; child care & cell phone discounts; pet & legal insurance; credit union; referral bonuses.
