Details\nDescription\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nMaintain accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, account reconciliations, and aging reviews.\nProcess payroll and ensure accurate accounting of payroll-related transactions.\nAssist with accounts payable when needed.\nPrepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations to support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.\nMaintain and reconcile bank accounts and other key balance sheet accounts.\nAssist with the preparation of financial statements, operational reports, and ad hoc analysis.\nMonitor accounting processes, investigate discrepancies, and recommend solutions and process improvements.\nCreate and maintain accounting procedures and process documentation.\nBuild strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and business partners.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities\nBachelor's degree in accounting.\n1–3 years of accounting experience.\nStrong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.\nAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nSelf-starter with a positive attitude and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a dynamic environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with NetSuite, UKG, or similar accounting and payroll systems.\nRestaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi-unit accounting experience.\nExperience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.\nBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary
