Lead Full Stack Java Developer

About the CompanyWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Java Developer to join our growing technology team in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications using modern Java and full-stack technologies.About the RoleThis role requires a strong technical leader who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive development best practices, and contribute to end-to-end application delivery. The successful candidate will lead development initiatives, mentor team members, and play a critical role in delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.Lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews.Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.Build responsive frontend applications using Angular, React, and JavaScript frameworks.Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.Ensure high-quality code, application performance, scalability, and security best practices.Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across the development lifecycle.Required Qualifications8–10 years of experience in Full Stack Java Development.Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.Hands-on experience with Angular and/or React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Strong database knowledge including SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a Lead Developer or Technical Lead role.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps tools.Experience in financial services or enterprise application environments is a plus.Compensation Salary: $100,000 to $120,000annually(Compensation may be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.)Work Location & ScheduleLocation: Pittsburgh, PA (Local candidates preferred)Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite per WeekEmployment Type: Full-TimeEqual Opportunity Employer StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
