Production SupervisorA-Line is looking for a hands-on, bilingual (English/Spanish) Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team of 15+ employees in a fast-paced industrial environmentAssist with hiring, onboarding, and trainingAct as after-hours safety and HR liaisonOperate equipment as needed (material handler, forklift, plasma cutter, yard dog)Help break down transformers using hand tools and equipmentTrack employee hours and ensure accurate timekeepingSend daily production reports and updatesClose down plant operations at end of shiftQualificationsFluent in English & Spanish requiredSupervisory or team lead experience requiredExperience in manufacturing, recycling, or industrial work preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsWilling to work hands-on with teamPay & Benefits$28-$32 hourly - depending on experienceBoot reimbursement programFull benefits package: health, dental, and vision insuranceHealth insurance options starting as low as $10/weekCompany provided uniforms, cleaned weekly at no costAll tools and PPE providedA-Line is an Equal Opportunity Employer
