Candidates must work from our office location.)Working Hours: Monday to FridaySalary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per yearDescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain and distribution processes. As a Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the logistics department with various administrative and operational tasks that contribute to timely delivery and inventory management.Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and transportation documents. Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies and delays. Support the logistics team in preparing shipping schedules and delivery documentation. Monitor and track shipments to provide status updates and address potential issues.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain is a plus. Proven experience in a logistics support or administrative role. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
