Across the airline, our teams help support a safe, reliable and efficient operation while continuing to strengthen the experience for the people who choose Frontier.What Will You Be Doing?The Supervisor, ACS Training and Program Administration is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Airport Customer Service Training & Standards team and ACS Senior Leadership. The role assists with training administration, data tracking, reporting, course management, and special projects that support Airport Customer Service operations across the network.Additionally, this position will be responsible for supporting Frontier Airlines' Left on Board (LOB) program by coordinating the identification, tracking, documentation, and return of customer belongings left onboard the aircraft. This position serves as a key liaison between stations and our customers to ensure left on-board items are handled efficiently and quickly returned to customers.Essential FunctionsEnsure accuracy and integrity of ACS training and operational records.Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests.Respond to inquiries regarding training assignments and course access.Process training requests, including course resets and enrollment updates.Create and maintain training rosters for instructor-led and virtual training classes.Manage the day-to-day administration of Frontier's Left on Board (LOB) program.Monitor and track all reported left-on-board items received from stations.Maintain accurate records and documentation of all LOB activity.Identify trends and recurring issues related to onboard lost items and provide recommendations for improvement.Work with stations and customers to facilitate the recovery and return of items left onboard.Provide administrative support to the ACS Leadership Team.Support department projects and operational initiatives.Assist with review of Baggage Claim files to ensure accuracy. Other FunctionsLead or participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.Support broader ACS department goals and priorities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent, relevant work experience) required,Minimum of five years of administrative, customer service, training, or operational support experience.Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesStrong organizational and time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
