Adecco is currently assisting a local manufacturing client in Fitchburg, MA! We are seeking experienced electromechanical assemblers on 2 nd shift. This is a temp to perm opportunity.Job Title: Assembler / Production AssociateLocation: Fitchburg, MAPay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/hourSchedule: Monday - Friday: 2:30PM - 11:00PMJob Type: Temp-to-HireResponsibilities Include:Perform assembly tasks according to work order instructionsMaintain quality standards and follow all production proceduresComplete required work orders and time sheets dailyKeep work areas clean, organized, and safeNotify supervisors of incomplete or inaccurate work instructionsReport equipment issues or production concerns promptlyFollow all company safety policies and proceduresAdhere to ERP procedures related to production assemblySupport compliance with ITAR regulations and company quality standardsPerform additional duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious manufacturing or assembly experience preferredStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityBasic math and problem-solving skillsAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to follow detailed instructions and work independentlyERP system experience is a plusReliable attendance and strong work ethic required Additional Requirements:Due to ITAR and/or CUI compliance requirements, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual If interested, please apply directly to this job posting!
