Performs a variety of tasks which will include but not be limited to the following: sweeping; dry or wet mopping; waxing; buffing; vacuuming; cleaning walls and ceilings, windows, furniture, lights, bathrooms; shampooing carpets; moving furniture and other supplies; cleaning outside grounds; helping to load and unload trucks; shoveling and removal of snow and ice; cutting grass and trimming; opening and closing the building; and securing the alarm system.
