Designed to support both atrial and ventricular ablation, the system serves as a universal ablation platform for the heart and beyond. The FieldForce system is designed to enable targeted and tailored ablation treatment while platform features focus on procedural efficiency.About the Role: The Manager of FP&A reports directly to the CFO and serves as the finance team's operational core. Responsibilities span financial close and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, board presentation preparation, equity administration through Carta, contract organization, and M&A support. The right candidate is resourceful, highly organized, and comfortable owning a broad scope without a lot of oversight.Your Responsibilities Will Include: Own the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, driving cross-functional collaboration and timeline adherence, with a focus on continuous improvement as the business evolvesBuild, maintain, and improve financial models to support revenue projections, expense planning, headcount analysis, and scenario planningAssist in closing the books monthly, quarterly, and annually, delivering variance analysis with clear commentary on what was spent versus what was plannedPrepare financial packages to the board on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and supporting schedulesTrack and report on KPIs and operating metrics, translating data into executive ready insightsManage the Company's equity program through Carta, including option grants, vesting schedules, and cap table maintenance, serving as the primary point of contact for employee equity questions and administrationSupport contract organization and administration, bringing structure and consistency to how agreements are managed across the organizationSupport M&A activities including target analysis, financial due diligence, market opportunity assessment, integration modeling, and post-close performance trackingCoordinate data room preparation and interface with external advisors and counterparts as neededServe as a trusted financial partner to the CFO, providing analytical support, handling ad hoc requests, and helping drive key business decisionsRequired Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive finance experience with a strong FP&A focusExperience in a start-up or high-growth company environment, with a demonstrated ability to operate within lean team structures and navigate ambiguityAdvanced financial modeling skills in Excel, including the ability to build complex, dynamic models from scratchExperience working closely with a CFO or C-suite executive in a lean organization, with a genuine interest in growing into broader finance leadership over timeFamiliarity with equity administration platforms, cap table management, and employee equity programs preferredTrack record of independently building and presenting board and investor level financial materialsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear, concise narrativesPreferred Qualifications: Experience in medical technology industryExposure to investor relations or experience supporting IR activitiesHands-on experience supporting M&A transactions, including financial modeling and due diligenceLocation & Travel Requirements:HybridField Medical, Inc. is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
