The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in technical program management, AI compliance reviews, stakeholder management, risk management, and data analysis, with a proven ability to drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives in ambiguous environments.\n\nLocation: Hybrid/Onsite – 3 days per week in Menlo Park, CA (MPK). Bay Area or San Francisco candidates may be considered for the right candidate.\n\nPay Rate: $45- $54 per hour\n\nWe provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more.\n\nPlease note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nLead multiple project compliance reviews for frontier AI research initiatives, including requirements development, progress tracking, action-item management, and blocker resolution.\nCoordinate with requesters, engineering teams, research teams, reviewers, and privacy stakeholders to clarify requirements and streamline review and approval processes.\nManage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations to ensure critical initiatives remain on schedule.\nDevelop and deliver weekly project status reports covering progress, achievements, risks, dependencies, and review-process insights.\nResearch, catalog, and annotate AI Research assets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nAnalyze data and optimize workflows using advanced Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel capabilities.\nMonitor developments in AI research, compliance practices, and related tooling to identify opportunities for continuous process and project improvements.\n\nInternal Responsibilities\n\nAttend regular internal practice community meetings.\nCollaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.\nComplete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).\nBuild out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.\nAttend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).\nWork with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.\n\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\n\n5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management and compliance reviews within a technology company.\nExperience working with AI compliance and/or compliance review processes.\nExperience in stakeholder management, including influencing stakeholders, building consensus, and driving cross-functional alignment.\nStrong ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, solve complex problems, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.\nAdvanced proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data annotation, analysis, and workflow optimization.\nProficiency with Google Apps, Microsoft Office, web browsers, and AI productivity tools.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications and Skills\n\nExperience with privacy and compliance reviews.\nBackground in Generative AI or AI research.\nExperience with data analytics, data annotation, or risk management.\nHands-on experience running ad-hoc queries and analyzing data.\nExperience using AI agents and research tools.\nExperience with data collection and annotation.\nPrevious experience at a large technology company or leading AI organization is preferred.\nPrevious Meta experience is considered a plus.\n\nEducation\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field required.\nMBA or advanced degree preferred.\n\nCertifications\n\nPMI or PMP certification preferred.\n\nCompany Description\nAbout itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
