As a team, we grow by tackling challenges together and we welcome everyone who wants to move the world with us.\n\nAssembler - Second Shift\n15006\nMason\nShift Full Time\nProduction\nFesto Corporation\n.\n\nSummary of job contents\n\nAssemble, repair and test pneumatic related products by using various hand tools, assembly fixtures, adhesives and lubricants for customer applications and stock orders to specified requirements. Works at bench or on shop floor by performing the following duties.\n\nKey accountabilities\n\nFollows Standard work instructions for the complete assembly.\nAssembles units by using various hand tools, assembly fixtures, adhesives and lubricants.\nUsing specialty machinery and tools to fasten part and pieces together.\nSafely performs all job duties\nFastens parts together with bolts, screws, or other fasteners.\nUses various hand tools and measuring equipment such as: drills, pliers, taps, calipers and micrometers to complete special application orders.\nReceives, verifies, and separates work orders for components.\nEnsures Lot Traceability with all components of the production order.\nVerifies conformance of all components to specifications\nReads and interprets pneumatic/electrical drawings to position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled.\nOperates drill presses, lathes, milling machines and grinders to assist in assembly operation.\nPerforms testing of products during the assembly and final stage of production.\nEvaluation and analysis of non-conforming material returns.\nInspection and repair of customer returns.\n\nKnowledge and Experience\n\nExperience in manufacturing/warehouse environment or equivalent combination of education/experience\nBasic computer skills\nExperience with SAP or similar system is a plus\nExperience reading blueprints a plus\nKnowledge of hand tools and the Metric system\nKnowledge of basic safety standards and practices\nKnowledge of measuring equipment and machine tools\n\nBenefits:\n\nFesto Corporation offers a robust benefits package, which is designed to help employees and their dependents stay healthy, feel secure and maintain a work/life balance.
