Product Delivery Director In Consumer Bank For Deposit 2.0Shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.As a Product Delivery Director in Consumer Bank for Deposit 2.0, you foster enhancements and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your skillset to transform product delivery and create new ways for teams to continuously deliver value to their customers.Deposits 2.0 is a multi-year strategic priority for Consumer and Community Banking and will require not only build of a new product, but also significant build across the organization as we collectively modernize experiences and functionality.Job ResponsibilitiesDirects principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationOwns the change management framework across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsMaintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partnersCoaches and mentors, the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficienciesContinually innovates on existing reporting processes to ensure appropriate attention to escalations, while maintaining as light touch administrative burden as possibleMaintains an evergreen status report, and represents Deposits 2.0 status to senior stakeholders and with supporting productsProactively identifies and removes blockers for the team, while building long term relationships with stakeholders and becoming a horizontal Subject Matter Expert on Deposits 2.0Maintains and iterates central Deposits 2.0 materials like Area Product Group roadmaps, process and procedure documentation, product task management requirementsConsiders all required actions that lead to a successful delivery and that the organization is prepared or the gap is filledBecomes a horizontal Subject Matter Expert on how Deposits 2.0 functions as a product to successfully deliverRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applicationsExtensive experience leading operational management and change readinessExperience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategiesAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analyticsAdvanced knowledge of JIRA, JIRA Align, and ConfluenceExperience leading teams of 8-12 individualsHistory of strong negotiation skills and creative problem solvingStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsRecognized thought leader within a related fieldComfort working with ambiguity, and defining a plan of action.Understanding and experience running operational processes to measure success metrics, business readiness and release managementExperience running horizontal center of excellence with preference in subject matter of data metrics, risk and controls.About UsChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
