This role focuses on ensuring that Workday is seamlessly integrated with other enterprise systems, delivers reliable platform performance, and meets the technical requirements of People Experience and business operations. The SPL will collaborate closely with HRIS and ETS teams to manage platform services, monitor system health, drive integrations and provide technical support to ensure a stable and efficient ecosystem.You will actively scan the external landscape to identify emerging technologies and assess their relevance and potential value to the business needs.The Service Product Lead ensures the seamless integration of all IT service components and systems, aligning with Flight Centre Travel Group's strategic goals.
