Additionally, we are the first assisted living community in Oregon to earn the JCAHO accreditation.Job Description:The Administrator in Training program introduces those looking to advance their career to the company’s management processes and procedures. You will work closely with the leadership team to support daily community operations. The role includes assisting with the responsibilities of both the Administrator and the Resident Care Coodinator, while becoming familiar with higher levels of care oversight and operational systems. Upon completion of training (~6 months), you should be prepared to transition into a licensed administrator position.Shift: Full-timeCompensation Range: $50,000 to $70,000 per year (based on experience level)Work Location: 4444 SE Oatfield Hill Rd, Milwaukie, OR 97267Job Responsibilities (not limited to):Throughout the AIT program, you'll complete training designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of long-term care operations.
