Regional Business Manager

Hoover Treated Wood Products, Inc.(HTWP), the premier manufacturer of fire-retardant treated wood, is seeking a Regional Business Manager/Texas. This position is responsible for growing profitable sales through HTWP's network of wholesale distribution partners and other sales channels. ResponsibilitiesCreate, present and sell company products and services to new and existing customersProspect and contact potential customersReach agreed upon sales targets by the deadlineResolve customer inquiries and complaintsSet follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developmentsConducting Product Knowledge sessions in the fieldParticipate in trade showsSurveying Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers, Drywall Supply Houses, and the occasional job siteGauging and reporting fire retardant treated wood volume and market sharePromoting HTWP's products using Design and Construction Guide on sales callsCommon usesTechnical informationPromoting Hoover stocking Distributors to Retailers in all marketsQualificationsBachelor's degree with 5 years of outside sales success is strongly preferredKnowledge of commodity lumber and plywood marketsBuilding product channel sales and lumber or plywood sales experience is preferred.Ability to build rapport with clientsStrong computer skillsMust possess the technical acumen to to convey the varied product and service benefits that define the HTWP brand.Demonstrated critical analysis skillsDeadline & detail orientedStrong negotiation skillsExcellent communication & presentation skillsExcellent organizational skillsSelf-motivated and success drivenRequirementsWillingness to travel (overnight) extensively across the state of Texas.Self-driven and able to work remotely.Background check and drug testingCompany DescriptionHoover Treated Wood Products, Inc.
