We market product through various channels, which include the major ecommerce platforms, industry specific trading floors, direct, and in the local market. The main responsibilities of this position can be thought of in three phases, the pre-listing phase, the post-listing phase and the post-sale phase. In phase 1, the pre-listing phase, you will be responsible for the following:\nEvaluating product in the warehouse diligently and carefully\nCarefully examining product for defects\nResearching product thoroughly\nCollaborating with your teammates about any questions that might arise\nDescribing the product’s features and condition honestly\nPricing the product accurately\nCleaning the product thoroughly\nAssigning a warehouse location to the product\nAccurately determining the weight and dimensions of the product\nMaintaining accurate data on your productivity\nAccurately linking supply chain data to the listing\nAll of this will culminate to a live, ecommerce listing that will be exposed to millions of people. In the post-listing phase and after your training period, your responsibility will be the following:\nHonestly answering questions related to technical specs\nHonestly answering questions related to lead times and shipping costs\nEducating customers on alternative options\nProviding customers with value-added upgrades\nOnce the product sells and after you have been thoroughly trained, you will be responsible for answering customer questions and providing solutions for any challenges that may arise.
