Our engaging and rewarding environment is designed to help you gain your full potential.\nJob Overview\nThe Transaction Data Analyst role is responsible for maintaining, improving, and investigating the fidelity of card network processing data for the technically and operationally complex traditional processor and card-linked offer (CLO) partnerships. It ensures seamless and continuous transaction feeds for each RN restaurant in the portfolio to provide optimal client and member experience.\nThis is a hybrid position that requires 3 days presence in our Chicago office\n\nWhat you'll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)\nMonitor technically and operationally complex credit card processing environments to ensure alignment and proper tracking to designated SLAs; troubleshoot network health issues.\nMonitor credit card processing information using tools such as Salesforce Lightning, Domo, and Excel.\nProvide analytical insight on projects and their impact to the business at large.\nProactively identify issues with current processes and follow through on implementing solutions.\nWork cross-functionally with Partner, Data Science, Technology, Operational, and Support teams.\nConduct research when issues arise regarding member credit card data.\nPursue and maintain best practices for card processing management, including compliance.\nAudit credit card processing information input for accuracy.\nActively engage in learning the payments ecosystem, demonstrating curiosity and initiative in mastering knowledge around card network processes and emerging technologies.\nWillingly step in to assist team members, leadership, and cross-functional partners to ensure business continuity and success\n\nDo you have the right mix of ingredients: (Requirements)\nCollege degree or commensurate experience.\n5 years of business experience in the credit card processing industry.\nCritical and analytical thinking— enjoy working with numbers to find patterns and insights in card-linked offer data.\nHighly motivated to deepen expertise in the payments industry and build the skills needed to assume increased responsibility developing into a Subject Matter Expert role.\nDesire to grow into a future leadership role.\nStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Salesforce Lightning.\nSQL and Python experience is helpful but not required.\nAbility to navigate databases and use Excel as an analytical tool (VLOOKUPs, etc.)\n\nWhat you'll love about us:\nComprehensive benefits package, which includes:\nThis is a full time, exempt position, and the base compensation for this opening in Chicago is expected to be $85,000-$100,000 annualized, depending on level, candidate experience, skills and other factors.
