Join Our Team.\n\nAbout the role\nRNWBL is seeking a motivated and analytical utility-scale Wind Performance Engineer to support the monitoring, analysis, and optimization of renewable energy assets across our solar, wind, and battery energy storage system (BESS) portfolio. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience in renewable energy performance or a related field, a strong foundation in data analysis and scripting (Python or similar), and a desire to grow within performance engineering.\n\nPreference will be given to candidates with experience supporting utility-scale wind assets, including exposure to wind performance data, availability tracking, or turbine-level analytics.
