The intern will assist with conducting client assessments, providing supervised counseling sessions, maintaining accurate client records, and implementing therapeutic interventions. Additional responsibilities include supporting administrative tasks, participating in training sessions, and collaborating with licensed counseling professionals. Qualifications Basic knowledge of Counseling Techniques, Active Listening, and EmpathyStrong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving SkillsProficiency in Documentation, Record-Keeping, and Organizational SkillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical counseling practicesCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related fieldExperience or interest in mental health and therapy is a plusCommitment to diversity, inclusion, and fostering a supportive environment
