We support autistic and neurodivergent children and teens with:\n\nCommunication and language skills\n\nPlay and social interaction Daily living and independence Emotional regulation and coping skills\nOur culture is:\n\nFamily-first – we support each other, check in, and celebrate together\n\nGrowth-focused – we train, coach, and give you tools to get better and better\n\nPositive and fun – we work hard, we laugh a lot, and we genuinely enjoy what we do\n\nValley proud – we are committed to serving our community with integrity and heart\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nAs an RBT/BT with EBC, you will:\n\nProvide 1:1 ABA sessions in our clinic and in clients’ homes\n\nRun goals focused on communication, play, social skills, and independence Follow behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA\nUse positive reinforcement and structured play to teach new skills\n\nSupport kids through challenging moments using calm, consistent strategies Collect data during sessions so we can track progress Communicate with your supervising BCBA and center team so everyone stays aligned\nThis is an active, on-your-feet job. You’ll be playing on the floor, moving around the center, and engaging with kids constantly.\n\nSchedule & Availability:\n\nWe are currently hiring specifically for center + in-home roles, with a strong need for afternoon coverage:\n\nMost needed:\n\nMonday–Friday, approximately 3:00–6:00 PM\n\nSome positions may also include limited morning or mid-day hours, depending on client need and your availability\nYou must be comfortable working in our center and in client homes (local travel within the Valley)\n\nIf you love the after-school time slot and want consistent afternoon hours, this role is a great fit.\n\nWho You Are:\n\nYou don’t need to know ABA yet – we will train you.
