Every interaction is an opportunity to create a positive experience and make a meaningful impact.\n\nIn this role you'll\n\nEngage clients with exceptional service while supporting a wide range of sales and service activities.\n\nProcess routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.\n\nBalance your cash drawer with precise currency and coin handling.\n\nConsult with clients to understand their needs and introduce products, services, and digital banking tools that support their goals.\n\nIdentify opportunities to expand relationships and make referrals to partners across Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Investment Services.\n\nProactively communicate with clients to educate, resolve concerns, strengthen loyalty, and gather feedback.\n\nHold appointments to identify client needs, provide solutions, and support their financial success.\n\nOpen new accounts, maintain existing accounts, and resolve account issues while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.\n\nSupport branch lending processes by answering questions, completing applications, and preparing accurate documentation.\n\nWhat we're looking for\n\nYou have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
