Corporate Human Resources Director

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Corporate Human Resources Director to lead our HR strategy, drive team engagement, and ensure compliance across multiple locations. What You’ll Do: HR Leadership, Team Management & Compliance Be a key leader in shaping a dynamic, people-first culture. Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment within the hospitality and entertainment industry. Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs and talent growth. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, updating policies as needed. Provide expert guidance on HR best practices, risk management, and workplace policies. Foster a collaborative and high-performing HR team, driving efficiency and innovation. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Partner with leadership to drive recruiting, hiring, and retention strategies. Manage offer letters, candidate outreach, and onboarding processes. Maintain accurate team member records in compliance with HR best practices and HIPAA requirements. Employee Relations & Performance Management Act as a trusted advisor for leadership, resolving team member concerns and fostering engagement. Conduct workplace investigations and implement resolution strategies. Guide managers on performance management, progressive discipline, and conflict resolution. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Oversee semi-monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws. Administer health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits. Manage annual benefits open enrollment and compliance with regulations. Training & Development Design and implement leadership and team development programs. Support professional growth initiatives across multiple locations. Workers’ Compensation & Safety Oversee workers’ compensation claims and guest injury reporting. Train managers on workplace safety protocols and compliance procedures. What We’re Looking For: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR leadership, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or multi-location operations. Language: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication). Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop an HR team, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Payroll & HRIS: 5+ years of ADP Workforce Now and ADP Time Bank experience. Expertise: Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee relations. Skills: Excellent leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
