Since launching in 2010, the program has helped schools accelerate math achievement through data-driven tutoring and targeted academic support.\nBlueprint partners with public school districts and charter school networks in Oakland, CA; Phoenix, Yuma, Apache Junction, and Miami, AZ; Saint Louis, MO; East St. Louis, IL; and Washington, DC to implement high-impact math tutoring programs that support students and schools.\nPosition Summary\nBlueprint Schools Network is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Program Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our math tutoring program (Blueprint Fellows Program) across partner schools in Yuma County, Arizona.\nThe Program Coordinator will work closely with tutors and Blueprint team members (Program, Human Capital, Data) to help ensure smooth program implementation and a positive experience for students, Fellows and our School Partners.\nThis is a hybrid position based in Yuma County, Arizona. The incumbent must reside in Yuma County and be available for travel to partner school sites every 4 to 6 weeks and as needed to support program operations. This is a full-time, exempt, at-will position.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Coordination & Administrative Support\nSupport the day-to-day coordination of tutoring program operations across assigned school sites.\nAssist with ensuring accurate program records by monitoring both student data trackers and Fellow time and attendance logs.\nHelp prepare stakeholder reports by organizing program data and adding operational context as needed.\nSupport communication and coordination with school partners regarding access to technology, systems, materials, and school campus logistics.\nCommunicate school schedule updates and operational changes to Fellows during assemblies, testing periods, special events, and other school schedule adjustments.\nAssist with coordinating and administering STAR assessments, student surveys, and other program evaluation activities.\nEscalate operational issues or concerns to program leadership as appropriate.\nFellow Support & Communication\nServe as a day-to-day point of contact for Fellows regarding schedules, logistics, and program expectations.\nReinforce professionalism standards and program and school campus policies with Fellows and escalate performance concerns to Math Fellows Program Director as needed.\nShare resources, reminders, and operational updates with Fellows throughout the program year.\nSupport Fellow onboarding and engagement activities.\nSchool & Team Collaboration\nBuild positive working relationships with school staff and Blueprint internal team members.\nSupport clear and timely communication between Fellows, schools, and program leadership.\nParticipate in team meetings, training, and program planning activities as needed.\nThis role collaborates closely with the Math Fellows Program Director, Program Manager, Coaching & Lesson Planning Consultant(s), and the Human Capital Team to deliver cohesive Fellow support.\nEnsure that lesson planning, observations, and feedback loops form a seamless experience for each Fellow.\nShare insights with the Program Team to support ongoing program improvement and Fellow development.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.\n1–3 years of experience in education, nonprofit programs, operations support, administration, or a related field.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\nComfort working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.\nProficiency in Google Workspace (Google Meet, Docs, Sheets).\nProficiency with data systems or data trackers.\nMust have a valid driver’s license\nMust reside in Yuma County Arizona and consistently have access to reliable transportation to travel on-site to Blueprint school partner locations across the state, including rural communities.\nAbility to submit timely travel reimbursements per Blueprint policy.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in K–12 education, tutoring programs, youth development, or nonprofit organizations.\nFamiliarity with spreadsheets, attendance tracking systems, or student data systems.\nExperience supporting early-career staff.\nCompliance and Clearances\nTo ensure the safety and well-being of the students we serve, the Program Operations Coordinator must be able to satisfy all state and partner school district compliance requirements prior to their official start date. This may include, but not limited to, obtaining and maintaining a valid Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) Fingerprint Clearance Card and successfully passing a comprehensive criminal background check. Candidates must provide any required health documentation necessary for school site access, which may include proof of immunization and/or negative TB test results.\nWork Environment & Schedule\nHybrid role with a combination of remote work and on-site support every 4 to 6 weeks and as needed to support program operations at partner schools within Yuma county Arizona.\nStandard business hours (MST) with occasional flexibility needed to support school schedules and program activities.\nThe Program Operations Coordinator must have the physical mobility to navigate diverse school campuses and classrooms and the stamina to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods during school site visits. Additionally, the candidate must be able to lift and transport program materials weighing up to 25 lbs to support on-site logistics and school campus needs.\nBlueprint will provide necessary technology equipment to support remote work functions.\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary Range: $50,000–$55,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Paid bi-weekly\nHealth & Welfare Benefits Blueprint covers 100% of monthly premiums for individual medical, dental, and vision coverage, with benefits beginning on your first day of employment.
