In addition, the agency requires:\n\nAn experienced professional with 5 or more years of prior experience demonstrating the following knowledge and skills:\n\n* Experience with Tableau Cloud administration and support\n* Experience with Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, and the impact of different design decisions. Ability to apply best practices.\n* Experience with dashboards and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics platforms.\n* Strong SQL skills and experience working with Azure SQL Database or similar relational databases.\n* Experience with user management including new user setup, user deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules and other routine tasks.\n* Critical thinking and problem solving around issues such as user access, declarative logic, business requests, Environment management, and backup solutions.\n* Comfortable engaging and escalating issues to Salesforce\n* Must be very organized, pro-active and self-directed.\n* Must be self-starter and driven.
