confidence.\nContinuously evaluate and implement new testing technologies and automation best practices.\n\nERP Systems & Business Process Validation\n\nValidate complex ERP configurations, workflows, customizations, and enterprise business processes.\nLead testing efforts for ERP enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and production releases.\nTest integrations between ERP platforms and connected systems including CRM, MDM, data warehouses, third-party applications, and enterprise services.\nPerform comprehensive data reconciliation and validation across multiple enterprise systems to ensure data accuracy and business process integrity.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to ensure enterprise applications support operational and strategic business objectives.\n\nCI/CD & Quality Engineering Leadership\n\nDesign, implement, and continuously improve automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.\nBuild and maintain deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar technologies.\nEstablish automation standards, quality metrics, and best practices across development teams.\nDrive continuous integration and continuous delivery initiatives to improve deployment speed, reliability, and software quality.\nIdentify opportunities to optimize testing processes, automation coverage, and release management.\n\nTechnical Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration\n\nServe as a technical leader and mentor for quality engineering practices across development teams.\nPartner closely with software developers, ERP administrators, business analysts, architects, and business stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nLead root cause analysis efforts for production issues and validate corrective actions.\nCommunicate quality metrics, testing progress, project risks, and recommendations to technical leadership and business stakeholders.\nChampion continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen software quality and engineering excellence across the organization.\n\nWhat We're Looking For in a Sr. Developer, SDET – ERP Systems:\n\nRequired\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nSeven (7) or more years of experience in software development and software testing.\nThree (3) or more years of experience supporting enterprise ERP systems (Infor ERP experience preferred).\nStrong programming experience with one or more languages including Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.\nExperience designing and building automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines from the ground up.\nExpert knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.\nExperience with CI/CD platforms including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.\nAdvanced experience with Selenium, Playwright, or comparable UI automation frameworks.\nExperience using API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.\nStrong SQL skills for database validation, testing, and data reconciliation.\nExperience validating ERP workflows, integrations, and enterprise business processes.\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to influence technical direction across cross-functional teams.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.\n\nPreferred\n\nExperience supporting Infor ERP or other enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.\nExperience with Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain business processes.\nExperience supporting manufacturing or industrial ERP environments.\nExperience testing Salesforce, Revenue Cloud, or
