If this sounds like a culture you would like to work in, you’re invited to apply for this role.\n\nJob Description\n\nThe purpose of this position is to lead Process Engineering activities for the miming projects (Copper Concentrator and Gold processing plants)\n\n• Apply knowledge of engineering principles and practices in all areas of assignments\n\n• Assist others on engineering problems and methods\n\n• Use advanced techniques, precepts and practices of the relevant field of process work\n\n• Represent Process Technology in meetings and conferences related to the execution of the Company’s projects\n\n• Contribute to planning and coordinating work\n\n• May supervise others and/or be responsible for training of junior engineers/specialists\n\n• Other duties as assigned\n\nBasic Job Requirements\nBachelor's in Engineering with 10+ Years of Relevant Design Experience in Mining Industry\nExperience with EPCM company is a must\nExperience with primary crushers, secondary crushers, tertiary crushers, SAG mills, AG mills, Ball Mills, hydro cyclones, Vertical Mills and Stirred mills., HPGR\nExperience with rougher- scavenger flotation circuits, cleaner flotation circuits, tails thickening, concentrate thickening and concentrate filtration circuits;\nGold processing plants: Carbon in Leach (CIL), Carbon in Pulp (CIP), gravity concentration, cyanide destruction etc.\nReagents preparation and distribution\nDevelop and review Process Design Basis (PDB) and Design Philosophy documents.\nDevelop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Utility Flow Diagrams (UFDs).\nDevelop and review Heat & Material Balances (HMBs).\nDefine operating cases, turndown, start-up, shutdown, and upset scenarios.\nPerform various process engineering calculations including line sizing, system hydraulics (including Slurry System) and equipment sizing.\nDevelop and review P&IDs including control philosophy, safeguarding layers, and operating logic.\nEnsure correct representation of control schemes, interlocks, trips, and alarms.\nLead and close P&ID reviews / HAZOP actions with proper documentation.\nDevelop Cause & Effect Diagram, Control and Safeguarding Narratives.\nPrepare process datasheets for major static and rotating equipment.\nDefine process scope of supply for packaged units (e.g., compressors, reactors, heaters, refrigeration, tankage, utility packages).\nReview vendor documents\nEvaluate technical bids and prepare Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) inputs.\nCoordinate with Process Safety, Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, and Electrical disciplines and provide required inputs such as relief and blowdown loads, line lists, instrument process data, electrical load lists, etc.\nParticipate in workshops related to process safety, constructability, and 3D model.\n\nOther Job Requirements\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nTo be Considered Candidates:\nMust be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.\n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
