Job DescriptionPrepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial construction projects ranging from ground-up to interior renovationsAnalyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to develop accurate bid proposalsSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids, ensuring scope coverage and competitivenessCollaborate with project managers, superintendents, and executives during preconstruction and bid strategy meetingsIdentify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving alternatives without compromising quality or scheduleManage bid schedules, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projectsMaintain historical cost data and build relationships with subcontractors and vendorsAssist with contract negotiations and participate in project handoff meetings post-award MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
