Job Title: Program Manager Location: Washington, DC Type: Contract To Hire ResponsibilitiesLead the FMS-NG OM&E program, ensuring delivery of operational support, enhancements, and stakeholder alignmentAct as primary interface with OCFO, OCIO, and CORTrack SLA/KPI performance, report on progress, escalate issues, and plan Agile releasesOversee change control processes, backlog prioritization, and ensure compliance with FISMA, FISCAM, and audit standardsDrive continuous improvement and innovative solutions across financial operationsCoordinate with infrastructure teams, Oracle vendors, and interface partnersAlign activities with business cycles including month-end and year-end closeSupport roadmap planning and execution of contract performanceRequirementsMinimum of 15+ years experience in program management, preferably with Federal Financial SystemsRequired: Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Finance, or related; PMP certificationDesired: Master’s degree and experience with Federal Financial Management (GL, AP, AR, Loans)Proficiency with Agile/SAFe, Jira, SubversionUnderstanding of Oracle EBS FinancialsExperience with SLA/KPI reporting and stakeholder managementKnowledge of federal financial systems and compliance standards (FISMA, FISCAM)System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
