This role owns employee data administration, personnel file management, employment documentation, and HR transactions while supporting HR service delivery through the HR Operations case management system.Working closely with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and HR Business Partners, this role ensures employee records and HR service requests are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulations.Employee Data Management & TransactionsMaintain accurate and confidential employee data across HR systemsProcess employee transactions including hires, job changes, compensation updates, and terminationsValidate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulationsMaintain complete employee records throughout the lifecycleConduct audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepanciesPartner with HR and business teams to ensure data integrityPersonnel File Administration & ComplianceMaintain confidential employee personnel files and electronic recordsEnsure proper documentation, retention, and file organizationSupport personnel file requests and audit activitiesEnsure compliance with records retention and employment regulationsSupport employment verifications and documentation reviewsHR Service Delivery & Case Management (UKG People Assist)Administer the HR Operations ticketing and case management systemTriage, assign, and resolve HR service requests within SLA expectationsRespond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR data and processesRoute specialized requests to appropriate HR teamsMaintain accurate case documentation and resolution notesReporting & DocumentationTrack HR service metrics including volume, response time, and resolution timeMaintain audit logs, turnover reports, and organizational chartsDocument HR processes, workflows, and proceduresSupport HRIS projects, testing, and system improvementsWhat You BringExperience with HRIS platforms (UKG, ADP, Paycom, Paycor, Dayforce, Workday, or similar)Experience with confidential personnel files and employee transactionsManufacturing or multi-location experience preferredStrong understanding of employee lifecycle processesHigh attention to detail and strong data accuracy skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong HRIS and document management experienceKnowledge of HR compliance and records retentionPreferredUKG Pro and/or IBM Cognos Analytics experienceAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsWork EnvironmentOffice-based role with controlled conditions and moderate noise. Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.Compensation/BenefitsWe offer a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement. The hourly pay range for this role is $29.00 to $36.00, with final compensation based on experience, education, skills, and location.
