In this role, you will support the dentist during a wide range of procedures, ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience, and help maintain an efficient, organized clinical environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who values teamwork, patient care, and professional growth.Compensation & SchedulePay: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience)Schedule:Friday 8:00am-4:00pmSaturday 8:00am-2:00pmGrowth Opportunity:Position expected to expand into a full-time role as the practice continues to growWhat You'll DoProvide chairside assistance during restorative, surgical, endodontic, pediatric, emergency, and preventive proceduresPrepare treatment rooms, instruments, and patient recordsTake dental impressions and expose quality radiographsAccurately document clinical notes and patient informationEducate patients on procedures and reinforce treatment plansExplain consents, answer patient questions, and obtain signaturesPerform basic lab tasks (e.g., pouring models, fabricating bleaching trays)Maintain sterilization and infection control standards (OSHA, CDC, HIPAA compliant)Clean, organize, and stock treatment areas and sterilization roomsMonitor and maintain dental equipment, including troubleshooting and coordinating repairsSupport scheduling, referrals, and overall office flowAssist with front desk duties as neededContribute to a positive, team-oriented work environmentAssist with front desk responsibilities as needed, including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and phone supportWhat We're Looking ForStrong communication and patient care skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced settingHigh attention to detail and reliabilityTeam-oriented mindset with a positive attitudeAbility to assist efficiently with clinical proceduresCommitment to maintaining professional and technical knowledgeQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED (required)Dental Radiology Certification (required)CRP certification (required)North Carolina DA2 Certification (required)Coronal Polishing (required)5-6 years of experience (required)Experience with Curve system (preferred)Why Join Our Team?Supportive, team-driven cultureModern systems and technologyGrowth-oriented practice with advancement opportunitiesFocus on high-quality patient carePrivately owned practice where your contributions matterPhysical RequirementsThis role requires standing, walking, and use of hands for extended periods.
