Lead Porsche Mechanic/Technician

Job Description We are hiring a top-tier Porsche technician who's ready to step into a lead role with real influence on how a shop business runs and grows.We are an independent Porsche shop in Fairfax, with a reputation to uphold and the need to evolve with new leadership.Who This Role Is For:A Porsche specialist—from a dealership, motorsport, or a high-end performance shop.Ideally someone who is interested in more than just turning wrenches. The position provides an opportunity for fast growth into leadership and for the right candidate even ownership-level responsibility and partnership in an established business.A technician who is sharp with tools and with people—able to lead and communicate with a team.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience servicing Porsche vehiclesStrong diagnostic skills using PIWIS or equivalent diagnostic toolsDeep understanding of Porsche systems: drivetrain, suspension, electrical, cooling, etc.Ability to work on both air-cooled and water-cooled Porsche modelsExperience with major service intervals, engine work, transmission service, IMS, AC systems, etc.Competency in inspection, documentation, and communicationAbility to lead, coach, and support junior techniciansCertifications are a plus—but real Porsche experience matters mostWillingness to get certified if not certified alreadyWhat We OfferPerformance-based revenue shareClear path to equity stake in the business with a vesting scheduleFull Porsche diagnostic and tooling setupMedical InsurancePaid Time Off
