Guest Service Representative

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional Guest Service Representative to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Experience in hotel operations is preferred, along with multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests. The Guest Service Representative plays a vital role in maintaining guest relations and supporting the overall success of our motel. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and billing details Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations throughout all interactions Support front desk operations during peak times or staff shortages Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience Qualifications Previous experience in front desk operations, or guest services preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Shifts offered 6:00AM - 2 :00PM 2:00PM - 10:00PM if you’re reliable and a team player, we’d love to hear from you Pay: From $16.90 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
