The service driver/porter will also provide exceptional customer service by safely transporting service customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are turned in for service.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES\n\nSafely transport customers to and from the dealership to designated locations, such as their homes or workplaces.\n\nMaintains cleanliness and functionality of the shuttle vehicle, conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues to management.\n\nRetrieves newly services vehicles for customers.\nAssists with service write-ups and tagging of customer vehicles.\nRemoves vehicle protective coverings and ID tags prior to returning completed vehicle to customers.\nInspects the vehicles for stains, debris, and damages before returning vehicles to the customers, reporting any damages immediately to management.\nKeeps lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership standards.\nCoordinate with service advisors and other dealership staff to ensure timely pickup and drop-off of customers.\nReturns vehicle keys to the appropriate designated area.\nAssists with pick up of parts from the Parts Department.\nTests batteries of customer vehicles in the service drive.\nMaintains building and grounds area as needed.\nAssists with shop clean-up and deliveries as needed.\nMaintains the hot/cold beverage and refreshment areas by cleaning counter surfaces and restocking coffee and related supplies as needed.\nAdheres to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the shuttle vehicle, prioritizing the safety of passengers and pedestrians.\nReports to work everyday as scheduled.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nLicensure\nValid Guam Driver’s License\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES\n\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
