Office ManagerMOSS Building & Design is seeking a detail-oriented and organized part time Office Manager to support our growing team in Northern Virginia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants to contribute to a supportive, customer-focused company that values work-life balance and professional growth.Role will be in office for the first 6 months and then will transition to a hybrid schedule. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily office operations and administrative functionsManage office move, new office openingsManage facility-related itemsOrder supplies as neededEvent supportOversee insurance and licensesCoordinate fleet and IT needsProvide general administrative support to leadership and project teamsHandle Accounts ReceivableSupport miscellaneous accounting and office projects as neededEnsure smooth office workflows and maintain a professional, organized work environmentQualifications3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in construction, remodeling, or a related industryExperience with light accounting tasks (accounts receivable, bookkeeping, cash reconciliation, etc.)Strong organizational skills and high attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office and basic accounting softwareExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentPositive attitude, reliability, and a team-player mindsetPassion for supporting a customer-centric company that delivers high-quality home remodeling projectsAt MOSS, we believe in creating an environment where our team can grow both personally and professionally while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
