PBHSN operates a full-service small animal practice that is open to the public. We are seeking a service-oriented but assertive individual to provide clients and their companion animals with a positive appointment-making, check-in, and check-out experience.Under the direction and guidance of the Client Services Manager, and in cooperation with other team members, Client ServicesRepresentatives:Answer phonesSchedule appointmentsWelcome and check in clients and patientsCheck out clients and patientsCollect and process paymentsCommunicate with clients before and after appointments as neededProvide clients with accurate information in a friendly, caring, compassionate, and professional mannerWe're looking for:Fluency in English and Spanish requiredAt least one year experience in customer service in any industryAt least one year experience as a veterinary or medical receptionist preferredExcellent customer service skills, including the ability to interact calmly with emotional clientsPhone skills, including a clear speaking voiceAccurate data entry and money handling skillsWork well within a teamBe responsive to professional feedback and directionAble to prioritize and manage multiple tasksMaintain a positive demeanor in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in the vicinity of and engage in limited handling of dogs, cats, and other small mammalsSchedule:Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - FridayPay and BenefitsPay starts at $18.00/hr.
