{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"dd7267720d687a6dec1b4a2b","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/dd7267720d687a6dec1b4a2b","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/dd7267720d687a6dec1b4a2b","title":"Mid Open-Source Practitioner (Mid) Language Enabled","description":"BTS is seeking an Open-Source Practitioner (Mid) Language Enabled for a position in Reston, VA\n**Contract is pending award**\nJob Description:\nOpen-Source Practitioner (Language Enabled)\nOperate under a shift work environment\nLanguages: Mandarin, Arabic, Farsi, Korean\nConduct collection and exploitation of Publicly Available Information (PAI) via use of OSINT tools\nConduct exploitation of social media and publicly accessible databases\nProduce Open-Source intelligence (OSINT) Reports and other OSINT network analysis products\nGather, synthesize, and analyze open-source intelligence information in support of objectives related to force protection, counterterrorism, counternarcotic, and other areas of the Army mission\nCoordinate and collaborate with other intelligence disciplines to produce finished intelligence products, including threat assessments\nAssess and provide formal recommendations on emerging OSINT methodologies and tools\nRespond to Requests for Information\nBrief senior personnel and officers as needed\nProvide input to curriculum development for OSINT training requirements\nOversee operational planning, technical papers, and other tasks as directed by customer\nTroubleshoot OSINT tools\nRequired Education, Experience, & Qualifications\nTS/SCI w/ Poly\nGraduate of Government OSINT Training courses (e.g., OS301/OS302)\nForeign language capabilities of 2+/2+ DLPT or better\n8+yrs demonstrated intelligence experience w/ BA/BS\nExperience utilizing Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) OSINT tools which include but are not limited to the Berber Hunter Tool Kit applications (e.g., SILO, SCRAAWL, Data Miner, and Babel).\nDemonstrated experience in a field related to OSINT research, collection management, or analysis or the exploitation of PAI or social media\nPrior military or government analytical training (e.g., all source, SIGINT, HUMINT or GEOINT)\nMust have demonstrated knowledge of signature reduction and experience, collecting and exploiting from deep web and dark web information.\nPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills:\nExperience conducting intelligence analytical support for the DoD\nKnowledge of scripting languages and technologies, including Python, Java, R Script, and JEMA\nExperience with researching tradecraft relevancy.\nKnowledge of, and experience with, distributed learning methodologies and technologies.\nExperience with MS Office and SharePoint.\nCompany Overview:\nBTS Software Solutions is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business who are community-focused innovators who transform ideas into technology to serve people.
