This role plays a key part in the design, support, and ongoing operation of the company's corporate audiovisual and collaboration environment, while also providing advanced support for Microsoft 365 email and collaboration tools.This position is part of the Desktop Solutions team and is expected to actively work on End User Services tickets in addition to providing whiteglove support for meetings, events, and collaboration technologiesThis position requires coverage from 8:00 am to 5:00 PM, coordinated with teammates based on business needs. The candidate must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays for rotational On-Call and event duties. The contract period is 6 months, with potential for full-time employment.Responsibilities:Communications, AV & Executive SupportProvide whiteglove support for executive and boardlevel meetings, town halls, trainings, and company eventsSet up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot AV systems for inperson, virtual, and hybrid meetingsSupport virtual and hybrid conferencing platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebexHandle incoming booking requests for AV equipment and meeting supportManage the lifecycle of AV and collaboration equipment, including inventory tracking, usage monitoring, and replacement planningProactively identify and resolve issues that could impact meeting quality or user experienceEnd User Services & Team CollaborationActively work on End User Services tickets as needed to support daily operationsProvide basic troubleshooting for Windows OS, enterprise applications, and enduser hardwareSupport peripherals and workstation components such as monitors, docks, and headsetsFollow ITSM processes for ticket handling, documentation, and escalationCollaborate with EUS teammates and provide guidance to junior staff as neededRequired Skills:Experienced in the set up and operation of event technology such as audio mixers, wireless microphones, video matrix switchers, broadcast and PTZ camerasProficient with Microsoft O365 tools (Teams, Live events) and Zoom webinarsSkilled in installing and troubleshooting Microsoft OS, O365 Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and BoxWorking knowledge of Crestron, Logi, MS Teams Rooms, Zoom, Windows and Android based UC platforms and hardwareFamiliarity with DSPs (e.g., Biamp, Q-SYS), switchers (Crestron, Extron), and video routingUnderstanding of audio/video signal flow (HDMI, SDI, Dante, NDI, etc.)Diagnose and resolve issues quickly under time pressureCommunicate effectively with non-technical stakeholdersIP Addressing for AV over IP systemsBasic ITIL knowledge and experience with ITSM tools (Helix, ServiceNow, Remedy, Cherwell, HEAT)Required Experience:High School DiplomaAssociate degree or bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology background strongly preferred5+ years of experience in supporting, and maintaining a corporate AV environment, including teleconferencing, presentation, and general AV technologies3+ years of experience providing general Deskside Support to users in a corporate environmentIndustry standard IT certifications (A+, Microsoft Office, MCP) a plusCompany Highlights:For 90 years, we have nurtured creative ideas and turned them into successful realities using three core strategic pillars - creativity, excellence, and people.401K - 12% employer contribution with no vesting period (6% Match and 6% non-matching contribution)Highly competitive compensationHybrid work options available for most rolesFive to eight weeks of PTO annually based on years of experience; eleven additional holidays per calendar yearAll Medical/Dental/Vision benefits start day one with the company; low employee premiumsEducation Assistance ProgramFree covered employee parking for Dallas HQ based employeesFree specialty coffee bar in the Dallas HQCommitment to the following ideals:Work/Life BalanceOngoing professional development opportunitiesAn exceptional employee experienceHunt is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
