This role is responsible for ensuring successful execution across all contract requirements, maintaining strong relationships with prime contractor stakeholders, and ensure all tasking is executed in accordance with the contract requirements. This position is located in Newport, Rhode Island.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nProvide overall leadership and direction for overall subcontract execution.\nManage and supervise personnel, including hiring, performance management, and professional development\nOversee program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting\nCoordinate and execute personnel security actions in compliance with DoD and DoN requirements\nServe as the primary interface for the prime contractor\nParticipate in status meetings, program reviews, and briefings in support of the prime contractor.\nEnsure all contract deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget\nIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success\nMaintain compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company policies\nPosition Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)\n5+ years of Program Management experience managing DoD contracts or similar federal programs\nMust have an active security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain one\nDemonstrated experience in personnel management and team leadership\nUnderstanding of program financial management responsibilities and government contract compliance\nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nDesired Qualifications:\nPMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent\nExperience managing multiple concurrent contracts or large-scale programs\nVEVRAA Federal Contractor\nThree Saints Bay, LLC and its subsidiaries offer a team-oriented working environment and the opportunity to work with exceptional, dedicated industry professionals.
