Workday Application Specialist

A company is looking for an Application System Specialist - Workday Recruiting & Reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead projects and optimize application configurations while managing cross-functional collaboration Provide expert guidance during critical incidents and share knowledge with team members Investigate and resolve application issues while ensuring proper system configuration with vendor collaboration Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience Epic/Workday/Application certification(s) and Lean Green Belt certification or ability to achieve 7 years of experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs) Able to act independently with minimal oversight and advise less experienced team members Healthcare experience is preferred
