{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"dd60aeeaa081659703497607","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/dd60aeeaa081659703497607","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/dd60aeeaa081659703497607","title":"Controls Engineering Specialist","description":"Ability to work 2nd shift or 3rd shift, Overtime (1.5) after 40 hours and double time after 48 hours. 10 paid holidays, PTO upon start, regular and irregular raises based on performance.\nDuties:\nPerform installation, configuration and troubleshooting of photo eyes, proximity switches, limit switches, PLC input/output modules, and all associated control wiring.\nProvide troubleshooting expertise of analog and digital controls with 480V, 3 phase power distribution systems, motors, variable frequency drives, servo drives, and soft starts.\nMaintain and troubleshoot position feedback devices encoders, and load cells.\nProgramming and troubleshooting of PLC and HMI interfaces.\nPerform configuration and logic modifications to PLC control systems.
