Modular delivery requires a high level of adaptability, coordination, and design flexibility, and this role will be central to developing efficient, repeatable, and innovative structural solutions.\nYou will play a key role in design, analysis, and coordination while continuing to grow toward project leadership.\nPerform structural design and analysis with an emphasis on modular, prefabricated, and volumetric construction systems\nDesign steel-framed, wood, and hybrid structural systems tailored for off-site fabrication and on-site assembly\nDevelop construction documents, calculations, and specifications that support modular production workflows\nCollaborate closely with architects, manufacturers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration between design, fabrication, and installation\nUtilize Revit to develop and manage structural models, with attention to repeatable components and system efficiency\nCoordinate with fabrication partners and contractors to address transportation, lifting, and assembly constraints\nParticipate in project meetings and support client communication\nAssist with site observations and construction administration as needed\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering\nTypically 4+ years of relevant structural engineering experience\nExperience with steel and wood frame design required; modular or prefabrication experience strongly preferred\nProficiency in Revit\nPE or SE license required, or a passed PE/SE exam\nDemonstrated ability to think creatively and adapt designs to meet the unique constraints of modular construction\nStrong coordination and problem-solving skills, particularly in fast-paced or non-traditional project delivery environments\nWhat We Offer:\nWe are targeting a base salary of $85,000 to $115,000, but is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.\nMedical insurance, including an HSA option\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\nEmployer-paid life insurance\nSTD & LTD\nA minimum of 15 days PTO, and higher for more experienced employees\nAccident insurance\n401k match of 4%\nOne full day of paid VTO (Volunteer Time Off) annually\nRoth 401K option\nAnnual company ski day and summer picnic\nFlexible hours\nIn many cases, our roles can be worked in a hybrid capacity\nMonthly employee celebrations (with free lunch!)\nThe opportunity to touch every aspect of a project, from beginning to end\nFree snacks\nWeekly volleyball league in the Summer and bowling in the Winter\nCompany-owned bar in the parking lot of the Denver office\nRelaxed dress code\nEntrepreneurial mindset – If you have an idea, we want you to pursue it!\nOur Hiring Process:\nEVstudio prides itself on being efficient in its hiring process.
