You will work on your feet for the full shift, use basic warehouse tools, and ensure all items are labeled accurately and handled with care.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nRelabel boxes accurately according to provided instructions and standards.\nUse RF scanners to scan, track, and update inventory as items move through the packaging process.\nPick and pack orders efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.\nOperate or use pallet jacks to move materials and products safely within the facility.\nWalk, stand, bend, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift to complete packaging and labeling tasks.\nFollow written and verbal instructions in English to complete daily assignments correctly.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations.\nAssist with basic inventory activities such as counting, staging, and organizing products.\nComply with all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures during all tasks.\n\nWork Environment\n\nThis position operates in a climate-controlled warehouse environment located in Inver Grove Heights, MN. The schedule typically runs from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with the first day starting at 8:00 a.m. You will spend most of the shift on your feet, walking, standing, bending, and lifting while performing packaging and labeling tasks. The work involves using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other basic warehouse tools in a clean, organized setting designed for efficient and safe operations.\n\nJob Type & Location\n\nThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.\n\nPay and Benefits\n\nThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.\n\nIndividual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.\n\nEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
