This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to manage complex, cross‐functional projects that align with our business objectives.\nEssential Job Duties & Responsibilities:\nDevelop deep expertise in all aspects of loan servicing, including processes, and systems.\nDevelop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and performance metrics.\nPresent project updates to senior management, highlighting key accomplishments, risks, and any necessary corrective actions.\nEnsure that all project outcomes are documented and analyzed to inform future initiatives.\nLead the end‐to‐end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.\nWork with internal and external stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.\nFacilitate communication and collaboration among teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives and expectations.\nManage relationships with external vendors and sub‐servicers, ensuring they deliver on agreed‐upon project outcomes.\nRequired Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in project and operational management, preferably within financial services, loan servicing, or a similar industry.\nProven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time\nStrong understanding of loan servicing processes, including billing, collections, and regulatory compliance.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey project goals, expectations, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.\nStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, senior leaders, vendors, and sub‐servicers.\nAdvanced proficiency with computer functions with MS office suite strongly preferred\nDemonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in guiding cross‐functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.\nAbility to motivate teams and drive collaboration in a fast‐paced environment.\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.\nFlexibility to manage projects that span different time zones and involve international stakeholders.\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required\nCompensation: $70,000- $100,000 annually\n\nAdditional Information Regarding Job Duties and Job Descriptions:\n\nJob duties include additional responsibilities as assigned by one's supervisor or other managers related to the position/department.
