Job Description Required Education• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field requiredRequired Experience/Skills• 3+ years of software testing or QA experience• Experience with manual and/or automated testing, test case development, and defect tracking• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban)• Experience participating in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, and Retrospectives• Familiarity with Jira, JAMA, and other testing/management tools• Knowledge of C++ and Python• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and OutlookPreferred Experience/Skills• Knowledge of medical device/software regulatory standards including 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and IEC 62304 preferred• Experience in regulated industries or software verification/validation environments preferredJob Duties• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure software quality and successful application changes• Review user stories and software requirements to ensure they are clear and testable• Create and execute manual and/or automated test cases, test plans, and test strategies• Perform software verification and validation activities to ensure functionality, usability, performance, and reliability• Document, track, and verify software defects using designated tools• Participate in Agile meetings including Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming• Support test planning, risk analysis, and compliance with development and regulatory standards• Maintain accurate testing documentation and reports• May assist in training or mentoring less experienced team members**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**Benefits:For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here .
