This position is ideal for accomplished litigators who have substantial experience defending employers in workplace disputes, employment litigation, administrative proceedings, and complex employment-related investigations.The successful candidate will work closely with employers ranging from regional businesses to nationally recognized organizations on sophisticated employment matters involving discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, retaliation claims, workplace investigations, and other employment-related litigation.
