Full Time Infant Room Assistant

If you love caring for children and thrive in a team environment, you may be the right fit for our center! -We are looking to hire a full time teammate. This person would be open to helping in our infant room with children 12-24 months. A great candidate would be willing to engage with kids by participating in various activities throughout the day and is able to meet their basic care needs. They must also be comfortable with a 4 to 1 ratio at times (four infants to one adult). Shift hours are 7:15-4:15 M-F. -Positive up-beat personality a must! -Must have a valid driver's license/able to pass a background check. Required to take additional professional development training upon hiring. -Employees receive discount for care, full timers receive PTO and paid holidays. Some other responsibilities may include: -Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift smaller children up and down from floor. -Cleaning duties necessary for the classroom at opening/closing. -Participate in lesson plan activities. -Tech savvy, can comfortably use our parent app to communicate with families.
